| DANIEL D. LEVENSON | Jean M. Kolling is a principal with the firm. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, tax planning for businesses and individuals, tax controversy work, and a wide variety of other corporate, partnership and exempt organization work, including the establishment of business entities, reorganizations, sales, acquisitions, mergers and liquidations. Jean has lectured before various professional associations, including the Federal Tax Institute of New England. She has written articles on estate tax and other tax issues for legal publications including Estate Planning magazine and the New England Real Estate Journal. She is involved with several charitable organizations as a board member and as an advisor. Jean graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 1983, and received her Jurist Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1986.
