| DANIEL D. LEVENSON | Amy B. Naughton, a principal at the firm, has a primary expertise in the areas of income, estate and gift taxation. Within those areas, one of her principal focuses is on estate planning. Amy advises individuals and families through the estate planning process and a broad range of related issues, such as business succession planning, the establishment of family investment vehicles, antenuptial agreements and probate. Many of her clients also benefit from her expertise in international estate planning and asset protection matters. Another focus of Amy's practice is business and income tax planning. Amy frequently advises clients regarding the establishment and acquisition of new ventures, and sales and reorganizations of existing entities. She is a columnist for the New England Real Estate Journal, and writes regarding a wide range of business planning topics. Amy also has significant experience in matters of charitable giving, and currently acts as an advisor to a number of educational institutions and other public charities.
