| DANIEL D. LEVENSON | Susan C. Skelley has a primary expertise in the areas of estate and gift taxation. One of her principal focuses is on estate planning. Susan has considerable experience in advising individuals and families through the estate planning process and a broad range of related issues, such as business succession planning, the establishment of family investment vehicles and antenuptial agreements. Another focus of Susan’s practice is probate. Susan frequently handles the probate documents and estate tax return preparation for large and complex estates. Susan also has significant experience in matters of charitable giving, including the establishment of split interest trusts and private foundations, and often works with the planned giving departments of various public charitable organizations, universities and public foundations. Susan graduated from Harvard Law School in 1984, and received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude (with honors in History), from Williams College in 1973, and a Master of Arts Degree from Columbia University in 1975.
