| DANIEL D. LEVENSON | Leslie Crane Slavin, a principal of the firm, specializes in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for taxable and tax-exempt employers. She has significant expertise in the highly technical tax and ERISA requirements applicable to retirement plans, and regularly advises clients on the design and implementation of various kinds of employee benefit plans. She also frequently represents employers involved in Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor audits of their retirement plans. In addition, she represents many CEOs of large non-profit institutions in the negotiation of employment contracts and design of compensation packages. Another primary focus of Leslie's practice is estate planning and probate administration. Leslie has lectured extensively to professional as well as lay organizations, including the Federal Tax Institute of New England and MCLE continuing legal educational programs. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Fiduciary Trust Company, in Boston. Leslie graduated magna cum laude from Radcliffe College in 1969, and received a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1975. In addition, she received a M.C.P. from Harvard University and attended Cambridge University in Cambridge England.
